OUR HISTORY

Fugent was founded in 2002, at a time when financial service selling was altered dramatically in the wake of a struggling economy. Downward market pressure forced the industry to reevaluate the reach, effectiveness, and expense of both internal and external wholesaling efforts. Previously a labor-intensive sales structure with inside sales working in support of external resources, financial service sales staffs were consolidated, resulting in hybrid wholesaling. Fugent was created to help empower this new sales structure to increase online presence, expand sales capacity, improve call effectiveness, and create shorter sales cycles.



Since that time, Fugent has become an essential resource used by more than 100 leading financial service producers, including 9 of the top 12 financial services brands in the United States. Fugent management shares more than 80 years combined leadership experience in the industry.
